Calavera is Spanish for skull, and you would be hard pressed find a more iconic symbol for the Día de los Muertos – the Day of the Dead as the Mexicans celebrate this holiday. And 'celebrate' is the right word: nowhere else in the world are the dead remembered with such joy, happiness and gratitude. This positive spirit and the belief that a bridge between this world exists - what better way to try to capture it than on the face of a timekeeper? (Which raises another question: can a watch truly ever keep time...?) This version of the chronograph comes in black with a colorful Calaveras pattern that illuminates the dial and dazzles at first sight.
