UNDONE approaches mechanical watchmaking with the restraint found in Japanese design: reduce excess, respect process, and let function define form. Rikishi takes its name from the Japanese word for a sumo wrestler, a symbol of strength shaped through discipline, balance, and ritual. Not raw force, but power that is trained, controlled, and grounded. This philosophy defines the watch from the inside out.
